Having more than 40 immersion places, the biodiversity of our bay will surprise you. Our sea floors are full of life. Wild life, pelagics, fauna and flora… to suit all tastes, wrecks, caves, walls, islands, etc.
TAKING THE “PLUNGE” INTO DIVING: YOUR FIRST TIME
This activity has been thought to the people feeling curious about diving. It consists of a theoretical
lesion with video, a practical lesson in the beach and an immersion accompanied by a Divemaster or instructor.
Guided tour to one of the most typical ranches of the Cartagena’s Countryside, in which the magnificent horses from the Pure Spanish Race are raised, tamed and reproduced.
In these facilities, the horses in its natural state may be observed, as well as the foals rearing, the livestock management and the training of the horses, spending an unforgettable journey in nature.
La Manga del Mar Menor is a narrow strip of land between two seas, The Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. It is 21 km long and it has got 300 m. of average width. A part of it is full of apartments, residential areas, luxurious villas, hotels, restaurants, discos, marinas, etc. What characterizes la Manga is its huge crystal clear beaches, remaining the last kilometers of it in its natural state.
La Manga has a great array of beaching, accounting for more than 40 kilometers of coastal sandbanks, with the possibility of choosing two seas at different temperatures, the waters from the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. This makes the Menor the biggest salt-water lake in Europe.

Fórmula Karts is a kart circuit in 11,000 m2 facilities. The circuit has fleet of 16 racing cars of 270cc, 6 “junior” karts of 120cc, and 3 tandem Sodikart racing cars, the most valuable ones for this kind of circuits.
It also disposes of a canteen service with food and drink service, kids’ leisure area with a bouncy castle, table football, a games zone for the children and free parking.
The ship “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” was a frigate which belonged to the Spanish Army, and sank in Santa Maria’s Cape battle, leaving 500,000 silver and goleen coins inside. The collection is exposed in the ARQUA (National Museum of Submarine Archaeology).
Peral’s Submarine is the first in Spain and it contains torpedoes. It can be visited in a room exclusively enabled for it in the Military Arsenal.
