Licor 43 Experience

Cartagena City of Treasures

cartagena_tesorosThe ship “Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes” was a frigate which belonged to the Spanish Army, and sank in Santa Maria’s Cape battle, leaving 500,000 silver and goleen coins inside. The collection is exposed in the ARQUA (National Museum of Submarine Archaeology).

Peral’s Submarine is the first in Spain and it contains torpedoes. It can be visited in a room exclusively enabled for it in the Military Arsenal.
